What is your Returns & Refund Policy?
We want you to love your purchase! That's why we offer a 100-day trial period to test out your product. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your product for free, as long as it’s in good condition and has the original packaging.
Important Conditions:
- The product must be gently used and undamaged.
- You must keep the product in good condition with the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the return or exchange. For exchanges, specify the product you want instead.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund via PayPal. If you paid with PayPal, refunds are generally processed within 2 business days.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at support@yasminskitchenware.co.uk. Include the following information in your message:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return or exchange
- If exchanging, specify the product you would like
Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the process.
How long does it take to process my refund ?
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.
PayPal refunds: If you paid with PayPal, refunds are processed within 2 business days.
Credit card refunds: If you used a PayPal-linked credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. Shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding our shipping options, so please stay tuned for future updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal as our exclusive payment method. You can pay using your debit or credit card without needing a PayPal account. In the future, we plan to offer additional payment options like Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or directly through the courier’s website.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel.
